Q - How does the "Waiting List" work?

Don't let a "wait list" discourage you!

Because the slot I have open up may not match everyones availability, I highly recommend you get on the waiting list.  It's often the third or fourth student on the list who takes the slot!

When my studio is full

During fall and winter semesters, my availability is sometimes limited. Prospective students are encouraged to schedule a discovery lesson, and be put on my wait list.

Wait-list procedures

With slots opening up sporadically, this process is designed to fill the openings as efficiently as possible.
You could receive an email from me at any time! Opening(s) will be offered as they come up.

  • While on the wait-list, you will receive access to my student portal and may schedule "drop-in sessions" as desired.
  • For a single "full-time student" opening, I will send an email with the details.
  • In the case of multiple openings, I will send an email to several people on the list. Please reply indicating your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preferences.
  • If the current lesson time(s) does not fit your schedule, or you do not respond within 24 hours, then you will go back onto the waiting list and the offer will go to the next person in line.

You will have 24 hours from the time the email has been sent to accept an opening.
