Q - What can I expect from voice lessons?

As a key part of a student's musical growth and education, I will do all I can to assist each student in the development of their best vocal and performance abilities.  It is ultimately the student (you) who determines how much progress is made; it directly correspondes to how much time and effort is spent in practicing the things taught in our weekly lessons. 

What a singer puts into their vocal studies will directly affect their growth and accomplishment. Learning is the responsibility of each student, and their weekly lesson attendance and daily 'Practice with a Purpose' is necessary in order to achieve optimal results. For younger students, parental support is key.

It's important to remember that each student has unique gifts, talents, and challenges, with a unique combination of all three. My end goal is to guide each student through the discovery of their own unique voice, provide an encouraging and personalized learning environment, and help them enjoy the process of becoming the best that is within them.

Each student will receive a PERSONALIZED PACKAGE, where they can purchase services for the year and make equal monthly tuition payments. Services available to my weekly students:

     ♪ - One-on-one weekly voice lessons (30, 45 and 60 min lessons)  
     ♪ - Instruction in body alignment; breath management; vocal technique, range, and flexibility
     ♪ - Implement vocal and musical skills through song literature
     ♪ - Ear training and music theory (music theory book for beginners)
     ♪ - Musical Theatre training: auditioning, character development and performance skills
     ♪ - Opportunities to perform in Master-Classes, Voice Recitals, Competitions and a Senior Voice Recital for high school graduates
     ♪ - Opportunities to attend shows and concerts as a group
     ♪ - When ready, students may be invited to participate in the NATS adjudications, Professionally Sponsored Masterclasses, etc.
     ♪ - Assistance in preparing for Solo and Ensemble, Sterling Scholar, talent shows, auditions, etc.
     ♪ - Rehearsal tracks, written handouts, mental imagery and physical innovations
     ♪ - Additional options for further training in all styles
     ♪ - Online Student/Parent Portal access:
