UofU Voice Conference

Saturday, March 31, 2018 by Patti Barrow | Continuing Education

Why Continuing Education for Voice Teachers?

It's important to me that my students have a teacher who is always learning, growing and excited about the future of singing!  It's also a big deal that my students see me continuing to hone my craft; both as an artist and a teacher. It helps keep me on my game!

Each year, I have opportunities to attend local, regional and national conferences, take online classes and earn certifications, and I gain continual knowledge through my associations with fellow colleagues.

In April, I will be attending the annual Voice Conference sponsored by the School of Medicine-Division of Otolaryngology and the Voice Disorders Clinic at the University of Utah.

If you have any specific questions on these topics, please let me know. I'll take good notes and get back to you!
